Yes! Each and every INFINI Rose is real and natural. Our roses are grown and handpicked from our flower farm in South America.
How do INFINI Roses last for a whole year?
INFINI roses are real, handpicked roses that will last for at least a year when cared for correctly.
Our roses are cut at their most perfect state and specially treated with our eco-friendly solution which allows them to transform into long-lasting roses that maintain their freshness and structure.
The outcome is that our roses magically continue to look and feel like real roses — because they are real — with the difference being that they will maintain their beauty and colour for at least a year.
Explore our range and choose from over 15 rose colours. All INFINI roses are arranged in luxurious rose boxes which are available in various colours, shapes and sizes.
Our roses cannot be compared with dried, freeze-dried or silk roses.
Can I take my roses out of the box?
All of our rose box designs are created for the roses to permanently stay in their box. Please do NOT try to remove or pull your roses from their box as this will damage them and they will be non-refundable.
How do I send a card with a gift?
If you are sending your flowers as a gift, we offer a complimentary gift card with every order. You can fill out your personalised gift message at the cart page. We will take care of the rest.
How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you desire and click the 'Add To Cart' button, then proceed to the checkout page and fill in your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible!
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 1 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouse will pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email.
If you do not receive the order tracking details after 5 business days, please contact us immediately - email@example.com - and we will resolve this for you.
Can I schedule in delivery for a specific date?
Yes. Once you have placed your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of when you would like delivery. We will arrange this for you.
The only days we cannot deliver on are Sunday's and Bank Holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Our warehouse is located in the UK. For domestic orders in the United Kingdom, it will normally take 1-4 business days depending on which shipping option you select. For International orders, shipping time will vary.
